※ ご宿泊は、瀬戸内ケーリーの参加者でイベントチケットを購入される方に限ります。
※ 18歳未満の方は、保護者の方とご一緒のご利用をお願いします。
※ ご予約のキャンセルについては、下記規定に沿って取消料を申し受けます。
＜キャンセルポリシー＞
宿泊日の15日以前 …なし
宿泊日の14日前以降…宿泊料金の20％
宿泊日の 7 日前以降…宿泊料金の50％
宿泊日の前日以降 …宿泊料金の100％
●宿泊者名の変更は問題ないため、周囲の宿泊希望の方と譲渡など個人間で調整していただくことには問題ありません。（ただし、定員以上の人数で宿泊することは消防法に違反するためできません）
●イベント用の特別料金でのご案内のため、宿泊施設の通常のサービス内容と異なる点があります。
∟イベント当日は、フロントに施設管理者が常駐しません。
∟鍵の受け渡し等は、イベント受付にて事務局が行います。
∟また、何かお困りごとの際にはイベント事務局が対応いたしますが、基本的には諸々自己管理にてお願いいたします。
●交通機関の停止などやむを得ない事情であっても、ご宿泊に関してはキャンセル料金が発生する場合があります。
●万一イベントが中止になった場合でも、ご宿泊料金が発生する可能性があります。その場合は、ぜひ玉野観光をお楽しみください。

※Cancellation of reservations will be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with the following rules.

15 days or more before the date of stay: None
14 days or more before the stay: 20% of the room charge
7 days or more before the stay: 50% of the room charge
One day before the stay: 100% of the room charge
●There is no problem with changing the name of the guest, so there is no problem with making arrangements between individuals, such as passing the room on to those around you who wish to stay at the hostel. (However, it is illegal to exceed maximum number of people)
●Since the special rate for the event is being offered, there may be differences from the normal services provided by the accommodation facility.
∟On the day of the event, there will be no facility staff on duty at the front desk.
∟Keys will be handed over at the event reception.
∟The event office will respond to any problems that may arise, but basically, please take care of all matters on your own.
●Please note that cancellation fees may be incurred in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as suspension of transportation.
●Even when an event is cancelled, there is a possibility that accommodation charges will be incurred. In that case, please enjoy Tamano sightseeing.
